I went to Seattle last weekend to meet my friends, and all of us went to a Hibachi restaurant called "Benihana". It was my first time and after the whole experience I wondered why haven't I tried this before?
The table where we sat, had a cooking top, and the food we ordered was cooked right on our table by the chef!
It was an amazing experience, with the chef showing his wizardry skills. He was juggling food, throwing food on the plates directly, even in our mouths!
Food was great, ambience was terrific, and I will go again for sure! Benihana, here I come!
